Rugby Chief Held by Police Over Tax Investigation

The former France head coach and now French Rugby Chief, Bernard Laporte, was held for questioning by the authorities on Tuesday as part of an investigation into tax fraud.

Earlier this month, he stepped down from his role after being given a two-year suspended prison sentence and a 75,000 euro fine for corruption.

He has since stepped down as Vice Chair for World Rugby.
