BREAKING NEWS: Julien Alfred on Bowerman Watch List

Commonwealth Games Silver Medalist, Olympian and and collegiate track and field athlete, Julien Alfred is now named for The Bowerman Preseason Watch List for the first time in her career.

The Bowerman awards are held every year to honour the best student athlete in American Collegiate Track and Field. It is named after Oregon track and field and cross country coach, Bill Bowerman and is administered by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Co.

At the age of 21, Julien became one of the top 30 fastest women in the world. She continues to break barriers and is seen as a role model in her country Saint Lucia. She is originally form the community of Ciceron.
